2 course cold buffet
Choose 3 main and 3 sweet dishes to go with the standard buffet. All main meals are served with five seasonal salads, baked or new potatoes, roll and butter.
Main course

- Selection of Charcuterie with pickled walnuts
- Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Roulade
- Coachman’s Pie served with chutney dip
- Crottin Goats Cheese marinated in cracked pepper & olive oil with sunblush tomatoes
- A Medley of Seafood marinated in chilli oil
- Greek Salad with feta cheese and Kalamata olives
- Coronation Chicken served with apricots & toasted almonds

Sweets
- Profiteroles served with chocolate or caramel sauce
- Pavlova meringue, fresh cream filling with a fruit topping
- Chocolate & Blackberry Roulade chocolate sponge filled with fresh cream and blackberries, topped with gnache
- Crème Brûlée served with raspberries
- Tiramisu chocolate sponge marinated in marsala, layered with mascarpone flavoured with mocca
- Mousse rich creamy mousse for you to choose the flavour
- Cheesecakes a wide selection for you to choose from
- Chilled Lemon Flan lemon mousse on biscuit base
- Warm Fruit Compote with crème fraîche
- Chocolate and Hazelnut Plait danish pastry, topped with a rich chocolate and hazelnut sauce accompanied vanilla ice cream
- Tarte Tatin hot pastry base with pear or apple topping with a toffee sauce
